When KREDITS begins to look for a new exchange, it really boils down to 4 things:
-1.- Does the exchange work with other CryptoNote coins? CN coins work differently from the run-of-mill BTC clones, but if they already have a coin like Monero listed, then they can also handle KREDITS.
-2.- Is the exchange on CoinmarketCap.com? Getting an exchange whose trading pairs are followed as price indicators by CMC helps KREDITS gets its own CMC listing sooner.
-3.- Will the exchange have us yet? KREDITS will start off small so it won't be of interest to the likes of Binance, Poloniex, HitBTC, Bitfinex, Huobi, Kraken, etc. They might come later.
-4.- Does the exchange charge a listing fee? If so, how much? If KREDITS can afford it, compare among options and get the best bang for the buck: An exchange with high volume and a reasonable listing fee. This rules out Cryptopia.
Among possible candidates, the following fit criteria #1 and #2 so it really only boils down to which among them also fit #3 ("will they have us") and if so, if they charge a listing fee which the KREDITS Community Fund can pay.

Waves Decentralized Exchange
Some of these are local exchanges focused on mainly one geographical market or language. While they are OK and can help the coin, our preference should obviously be for an exchange which is as international as possible and which is either available in multiple languages or at least is able to deal with users in English.
